Delete your iVamp account
You can permanently delete your iVamp account (made by Flowenergi) at any time, either in the iVamp app or on this page.
In the iVamp app
Open iVamp for Trade, sign in, then tap Account ▾ → Delete account.
What is deleted
- Your sign-in, name, contact details and address.
- Everything stored for you in iVamp for Trade: client sites, devices, monitoring readings, alerts and alert rules, customer snapshots, live-sharing links, notification settings and subscription records.
What is kept
- Records of orders and licences you bought from our website, which we must keep for tax and accounting (normally 6 years). They are no longer linked to your name or sign-in.
Deleting your account does not cancel an app-store subscription. Cancel iVamp for Trade in your Apple, Google Play or Microsoft account's subscription settings so you aren't charged again.

Can't sign in? Reset your password, or email enquiries@ivamp.co.uk from the address on the account and we'll delete it within 30 days.
